The Musical Fidelity X-A1 is a very musical amplifier and will surprise every time you listen to it. The clarity is amazing, mids very good and the base always low. It really makes you enjoy the music. The X-A1 is beautifully constructed, with perfect workmanship. It has an excellent look and feel, which makes one fall in love at first sight. The Musical Fidelity X-A1 is only rated at 50 watts per channel and may require pairing with efficient speakers. When paired well, the sound produced is revealing. Superbly clear highs, smooth tubey midrange, and strong tight bass. The amplifier brings out the slightest details in the music and presents it to the listener. It is absolutely a wicked amplifier.
