Description :
The Naim Audio XPS is a power supply similar in sophistication to the SuperCap but designed to power Naim CD players which is either the Naim Audio CDX or CDS2. It is an optional upgrade for the CDX but is required for the CDS2. It cannot be used to power a CD3.5 or other Naim components such as preamps, crossovers, etc. The XPS is a very sophisticated power supply featuring two toroidal transformers and twenty-six power regulators, ensuring complete stability of the ultra-sensitive circuitry. It requires a special cable known as the burndy to connect the power supply to the main unit.
