The Mark Levinson 25 Dual Monaural Phono Preamplifier is a wonderful phono preamplifier. It can be configured with two different levels of gain, and also offers a range of cartridge loading options. The sound is classic Levinson - smooth as velvet with no real weakness. Mark Levinson does not make the No. 25 or 25s models, or for that matter any phono stages now. It is indeed unfortunate, since every product in the Levinson range offers very high quality sound.
