Description :
The Arcam Black Box 500 is a 1 bit DAC with 20 bit filter, introduced in 1995. One word - Brilliant. It took about 3 days to "run in". Thereafter the system sounded quite extraordinary. The soundstage is vivid and clear. This DA converter has an inbuilt gain control that can be operated by remote.
