Description :
The JBL HP-580 speakers are beautiful and shaped of like a hexagon with a black glass plate on the top. Because of its 4-way bass reflex design, the bass can go as low as 30Hz. Externally, the JBL HP-580 looks like 3-way speakers but internally, exists 2 x 11" woofers in the housing. Though rated at 91db where a low powered amplifier is sufficient, a more powerful amplifier will bring out its true talent. Like all other JBL, they HP-580 produced dynamic, involving reproduction of sound which is suitable of live concerts. The bass is clean and tight. Below the speakers, where you plug in the speaker terminals, there is a switch where the efficiency of the speakers can be adjusted.
