The Audiolab 8000A is detail, analytical, neutral, dynamic, good sound stage and space and solid built up. It is a strong contender for a classic amplifier, classic fine lines and a neutral base that would suit anyone who wants to match a dull/bright cd player to a bright/dull pair of speakers. It is very flexible integrated amp that can be even used as a preamp or power amp. There are bass and trebles controls to adjust with. It comes with an inbuilt phono amplifiers of MM and MC too.
